What do I do if I forget my password?
Go to log in page and click on "forgot your password" link. Fill in your email address and your password will be sent to you.
How do I change my password?
Log in using your current password. Then go to "My Station Info" page. Click on "Change my password" link in left hand bar and follow directions.
What if my email address changes?
Be sure to update us with any change to your personal or station information. Once you change your email information through the "My Station Information" form the new email address will automatically become your user name the next time you log in.
