What's Your Social Media Strategy?

Join Integrated Media Association (iMA)  and NCME for the first of a multi-part webinar series. iMA, through a special grant from IBM, has helped NAPT , WBUR and OPB review their current activity as a basis for building an overall social media strategy. In this webinar, IBM and the participants share some of what they've learned, including Facebook and Twitter best practices, defining your target audiences, identifying social media roles, creating social media objectivesand measuring success. There are lessons and best practices for everyone in public media.
